Driving or riding to access Vietnam from Tay Trang – Dien Bien province border gate.  Dien Bien Province (Vietnamese: Tỉnh Điện Biên) is a province in northwestern Vietnam. It is bordered by Lai Châu and Son La provinces of Vietnam in the east and the south, Pu'er City of Yunnan, (China) in the north, and Phongsaly Province of Laos in the West.
The majority of the population is not ethnically Vietnamese - rather, Thai ethnic groups form the largest segment. Ethnic Vietnamese make up around a third of the population, with the remainder being Hmong, Si La, or others.

Meet at Tay Trang border (Vietnamese side). Transfer to Dien Bien. Lunch at restaurant. Check in the hotel. Free.

Day 02:  Dien Bien (B/L/D)
Breakfast at hotel. Visit Dien Bien Phu Museum, it lies opposite the cemetery of Vietnamese martyrs in Hill A1, the center of Dien Bien Phu City. The museum was built in 1984 in celebration of the 30th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory.
A1 Hill, bunker head quarters of French commander, The Command bunker of De Castries lies at the heart of the entrenched camp of Dien Bien Phu in the middle of the Muong Thanh Field.
The original shape and size, structure and arrangement of the bunker are kept intact,
Dinner at restaurant.

Day 03:  Dien Bien – Tay Trang border (B/-/-)
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to Tay Trang border.
