Biking from Nan province (Thailand) to Sapa (Vietnam)
Located in Vietnam's remote northwest mountains, Sapa is famous for both its fine,rugged scenery and also its rich cultural diversity. Sapa is an incredibly picturesque village that lies in the Hoang Lien Son mountain range near the Chinese border in northwestern Vietnam, known as "the Tonkinese Alps". Sapa and its surrounding region is host to many hill tribes, as well as rice terraces, lush vegetation, and Fansipan, the highest peak in Vietnam.
 
On this caravan trip from Nan province in Thailand, riding pass over Lao and enter Vietnam through Dien Bien Phu then straight up to Sapa. The rugged moutain hilly path, the widing road in Sapa might be worth to challege your bike and skill. Once upon to the hill of Sapa town, the beautiful valley and the friendly people will make you feel sastify for your any efforts.

Itinerary

 
Day 1:  Nan - Huay Kon border – Udomxai (Laos) – MuangKuaw (Laos)

Start by your manament from / day 2
 
Day 2: Muang Kuaw (Laos) – Pang Hok border – Tai Jang border (Vietnam) – Dien Baen district
10.15 a.m. pick up the group at Pang Hong border and please management the passport & motorcycle document to Tri Jang by staff of Mr.Tor will meet you ahead the group arrival.
12.30 p.m  Lunch at Muong Thanh Hotel
Visit Dien Bien Phu Museum. A1 Hill, cemetery, bunker head quarters of French commander, Memorial. Dinner at own arrangement.
Overnight at Muong Thanh hotel in Dien Bien.
 
Day 3: Dien Bien – Lai Chau – Sapa
08.00 p.m  Travel to Sapa and have lunch en route at local restaurant.
16.30 p.m. Arrival to Sapa, check in the hotel.
Dinner at own arrangement.
Overnight at Vietnam Trade Union Hotel
 
Day 4: Sapa
AM: Visit Cat Cat village. where you can discover countless unique features of H’Mong.
Lunch at own arrangement.
PM: walking to visit Ham Rong mountain for a panoramic view of Sapa and its environs.
Dinner at own arrangement
Overnight at Vietnam Trade Union Hotel
 
Day 5: Sapa
AM: Visit Lao Chai, Ta Van villages, where Black H’mong and Red Dzao people live.
Lunch at own arrangement.
PM: Visit Ta Phin village, home to the distinctive Dao (pronounced Zao) community.
Dinner at own arrangement
Overnight at Vietnam Trade Union Hotel
 
Day 6: Sapa – LaiChau – Dien Bien 
08.00 a.m. Travel to Dien Bien and have lunch en route at local restaurant.
16.00 p.m. Arrival to Dien Bien and stay overnight at Muong Thanh Hotel
 
Day 7: Dien Bien – Tai Jang border - Udomxai
08.00 a.m. Travel to Tri Jang to management the passport & motorcycle document and take the  group to Pang Hok.
Finish your management / day 7
 
Day 8 /Date 24/12/2011 : Udomxai - Nan

Finish the program.
